Jason Prior

(Forward)
Born 1988
Jason began his career at AFC Newbury in 2005 before joining Moneyfields the following season, moving from a midfield position to a forward. The change benefitted him, and over the following three seasons he played 112 games and scored 43 goals.

Moving to Bognor Regis Town in September 2009 he became a fan favourite, laying 126 games in three seasons and scoring an astonishing 95 goals. He was due to join Eastleigh for a fee of £12,000 in January 2012, but instead opted to trial for Newcastle United, where he scored in the Premier League side’s reserve team.

He then signed for League Two club AFC Wimbledon on a two-and-a-half-year contract and made his football league debut in January 2012. However, injury problems kept him off the pitch, and after a recuperative loan at Dartford, signed fully for the Darts in July 2013.

For the 2014/15 season he moved on to join Margate, but spent most of his time on loan with Bognor, before returning to the Rocks for the 2015/16 season. He then signed for the Hawks in May 2016.
