Nathaniel Peprah-Annan

(Defence)
Born 1988
Nathaniel is a strong and commanding centre half. He spent three years at Tottenham as a youth and full-time academy player but failed to break into the first team after suffering a nasty knee injury in 2005.

During his time with Spurs he was capped by England at Under-16 level, despite being born in Ghana.

He was released by Tottenham in December 2006 and had extended trials with Sheffield Wednesday and Portsmouth before signing for Conference North side Kettering Town until the end of the season, playing a key part in their final games including both play-off semi-finals against Farsley Celtic.

Nathaniel signed a two-year pro contract with the Magpies in July 2007 and was released in November.
