Jim Rodwell

Jim started his career at Halesowen Town in August 1992, where he stayed for four seasons before moving to Rushden and Diamonds in 1996 for £40,000. During Rushden’s promotion season in 2000/01 he was a regular starter in the defence, but was released in February 2002 after a short loan at Dagenham and Redbridge. Moving immediately to Boston he again became a regular starter in a side that went on to win the Conference, but moved to Farnborough Town before the Pilgrims started life in Division Three the next season. This season he has played with both Aldershot and Tamworth and came to the Hawks in January 2004, but left again after four games when he was appointed caretaker manager of Boston United.
