Sharp sees double

With a shortage of home games at which to present the Player of the Month awards recently, Hawks defender Neil Sharp thought he was seeing double when he was presented with the accolade before two consecutive home games. But there was no mistake, Neil had been voted by HawkSupport members as their most valuable member of the Hawks squad for both October and November.
The October award (above) was presented by Don Jacks before the match against Eastleigh, and the November award by Josh Wickham before Saturday’s clash with Bognor. Voting is now open for the December award; see Sharon at the HawkSupport table on match days for details, or via the message boards.
