Ten man Dover dig in to fend off Hawks

The Hawks drop to one place and two points above the relegation zone tonight after going down 1-0 at home to Dover Athletic. A spirited opening from the hosts saw the visitors under pressure early on, but the tide turned in the 22nd minute when Rob Edmans poked home a free kick swung into the box by Barry Cogan.
Three minutes from the hour a lunging tackle on Christian Nanetti saw Michael Corcoran dismissed with a straight red card, but the Hawks were unable to make the advantage count as Dover dug in for the remainder of the game.
