getting back to the matter in hand.

whoever was/is responsible for putting stuff on the scoreboard needs to have a bit of a think about what they're putting on it.

the "shed for sale" stuff last night was pathetic as was the come on and warm us up, really supportive.

stick to putting info like scorers etc and then it won't look quite so tinpot.
you shake my nerves and you rattle my brain, too much love drives a man insane.

Possibly the worst thing if you ask me...

I'm with Mark on this, whilst jokes about sheds / womens clothing etc get laughs from people who get them, to the casual observer they look at best tinpot, or at worst embarrassing and insulting.

A scoreboard should be used for what its there for = giving scores, teams, substitutions and club announcements and match sponsorships, and not to poke fun at local rivals or publicise crass in-jokes.

The corner has definitely been turned  ...rather than discussing the merits of the manager, playing staff etc. etc.....we are arguing about the scoreboard!

When it's just the scoreboard causing the problems, and not the football, tea bar, car parking, ticketing policy etc. you know you are on the right road
never get out of the boat, absolutely god damned right, unless you were going all the way...

...and for that matter hats as well Bulls...both essential items to be worn in the winter, as well you know. Although at the moment I'm over in Dublin where it is a positively tropical three degrees higher than in London, so I may dispense of the hat and gloves and get he sunblock out!!

in a minority of one, it seems, i just loved the 'shed for sale' banner.

as we all agree, it's all about opinions but i think sometimes we take life and footie too seriously.

i mean, we do go there to have fun don't we :?:

it almost feels like we WANT to moan sometimes....
