Add to that they could win their 3rd straight Hants cup in a few weeks and made the FA Cup 2nd round this year. Cant be said hes done a bad job at Totton can it!

The worry of course is whether you actually need someone with a proven Conference pedigree, or someone ready to prove themselves. Tough call.
never get out of the boat, absolutely god damned right, unless you were going all the way...

I watched an interview of his on YouTube from this seasons fa cup game against Bradford... Am I alone in thinking he looks and sounds just like Gale?

Can't argue with his track record, I just hope if it is him that we've gone about it the right way regarding totton themselves.

Is it possible that this is all just a coincidence though?

Why wouldn't we go about it the "right" way then Warren ?

anyway it all appears to be conjecture at present , if anyone has read the full article in todays Echo it clearly states that Stuart has decided that needs a break from Totton.

The club have always said that there were a fair few candidates to interview so just because one local manager has resigned and dispite him having previous with a director it doesn't automatically make him our new manager.

Lets just wait and see what happens , WE HAVE A GAME TO WIN TOMORROW , which imho is far more important than who will be our manager next season.
And who'd have thought that afterall ,that something as simple as Rock'n'Roll could save us all.

The only guaranteed truth in both the News and the Echo is the top right hand corner where it says what the date is. Newspapers will always speculate, sometimes they will be right and sometimes 2+2 will equal 5. Stuart Ritchie has applied, that is public record. However we have not finished the interview process yet and one thing is certain, the new manager will NOT be announced tomorrow!

Your support tomorrow is vital. Have no regrets.......

Mark, I wasn't suggesting we wouldn't do things the right way, I was just concerned the 2 local rags seemed to think we'd tied up a deal for what would have been an under contract manager. Not something this club does so I apologise if there was any insinuation taken.

Brocky has inadvertently allayed such fears by saying that he has applied to us and one of the papers says Dorchester too. In such circumstances one would imagine his position would now be untenable at totton and that's probably why he's resigned.

100 % nailed on. Will be announced either today or tomorrow, don,t know how that will sit with Totton as they more than likely will have at least 1 play-off game and Hants cup final
