A Busy Night!

Two new signings tonight

Christian Nanetti, pacey 20 year old winger from Lewes, highly rated, played against us in the friendly with AFC Wimbledon scoring twice.

Dan Thomas, 20 year old Goalkeeper from AFC Bournemouth

Both go into the squad to play at Dartford on Saturday.

I've got a mate who is a Lewes fan, he reckons Christian Nanetti is:
"a good winger, fast and tricky. Can be a bit greedy and likes a dive but a good signing, shame to see him go."

Sounds entertaining.
Christian Nanetti, he'll do for me; he's from Bologna, in Italy.
His left foot's so good it talks; Christian Nanetti plays for the Hawks!

More new players won't solve the clubs 'problem'. Mr Brock, you know what to do. Do it.

Be Interested to see if Lyall is dropped saturday then, bit harsh if so i think after all these months of not having a back up keeper.
If history repeats itself, I should think we can expect the same thing

Tricky winger who did well against us signed up....why are negative thoughts like Forbes et al the foremost thought in my head lol.

Good news on the keeps, Lyall is great but in a run you need 2.
Come on you Hawks.

So happy about Nanetti, he is amazing. He was worth the entry fee for the friendly and id pay £11 a game just to watch him.

If they drop Lyall for this new keeper i will have lost all faith in the club and would not be attending any future matches. Lyall has been outstanding as far as i'm concerned. If they bring in this keeper as just a backup and understudy then fair enough.

both good signings , saw Dan Thomas a couple of times earlier in the season when he was on loan at Totton , looked very decent.
And who'd have thought that afterall ,that something as simple as Rock'n'Roll could save us all.

What is SG playing at? He states he needs more experience in the side, then brings in 2 youngsters!!! More importantly, who had sanctioned this? I sincerely hope these lads make the difference- and are fancied by Gale, unlike Dolan!!!

Trevor more panic signings are not going to make any difference , the fundamental problem is the players have lost faith in the manager just as much as the majority of us fans , the announcement we are waiting for is the dismissal of the current management team who are long past there sell by date , i really don`t want to be negative but the only place we are heading for under Mr.Gale is the southern league! Villa-Boas is available and i`m sure he could get us out of this mess
